We believe that the finest flavors come straight from nature. Our journey began with a simple passion: to source and share the purest, most authentic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from our early harvested local cultivars.
As a young child, I helped my grandmother plant our family’s first olive tree. Watching that tiny plant grows into a majestic, fruit-bearing tree taught me a profound lesson about patience, nature, and the art of cultivation. The dirt under my fingernails and the smell of the crushed leaves sparked a deep passion that never left me.
In 2012, my lovely wife and I took a leap of faith and planted our very first 150 olive trees. This wasn’t just a commercial venture; it was a deeply personal passion project. We didn’t just buy commercial plants—we carefully cultivated many of the seedlings ourselves from our region’s finest local cultivars.
Watching those tiny, delicate seedlings grow over the last decade has been one of the greatest joys of our lives. Today, they stand tall as fully grown, majestic trees
Every time we look out at our thriving grove, we are filled with immense pride, knowing that the premium extra virgin olive oil in your bottle started with our own hands, a shared dream, and a deep respect for our local heritage.
From our groves to the global stage. With 1,100 thriving olive trees and counting, we specialize in premium, early-harvest extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from native cultivars.
We pair this exceptional, limited-edition oil with a strikingly recognizable bottle design, creating a sensory experience that stands out on the world’s finest tables.
